Landlord Representation

There are two phases of landlord representation.  While both phases are critical, the second phase typically determines success.

Phase 1: Typical marketing phase.  Flyers are created to highlight the features of the space and published on various sites.  We also cultivate social media campaigns to ensure the net is cast wide.

Phase 2: Target marketing phase.  This labor intensive phase is overlooked by many brokerages.  It entails gathering detailed data about expiring leases that fit the criteria for the available space and reaching out directly via traditional methods of contact, as well as targeted social medial outreach.

Tenant Representation

In your search for the ideal space, having a broker partner that is aware of "coming soon" and off-market opportunities increases your chances of landing the perfect lease.
